Aliah Selah's Healing Path -

During her magical pregnancy, she learned Feng Shui for the nesting instincts, and Belly Dancing for the labor - that together with her Yogadance, and weekly alignments and lots of walking helped a great deal for her
4 hour home birth. After 3 1/2 hours of the labor was in a warm pool, and hip circle from belly dancing
in a squat really do help the birth happen with more ease.
These tips... are something she loves to share with pregnant people - and
offering Wellness & Qigong that they can do with their kids in a fun way for Family Qigong Time.

In the 4th month of her magical pregnancy, Aliah met a woman with ovarian cancer and agreed to help her prepare for the upcoming operation to remove the cancerous ovary - as soon as the swelling was down.

Aliah had her join the Reiki Circle to offer healing as well as receive it - and told her that giving healing is the most healing thing one can do. She taught her how to listen to what the body was asking for through SELF MUSCLE TESTING
and she did 2 cycles of building and cleansing - while being part of the Reiki Circle.

And after working with her for only 3 weeks...
she went into - Complete Remission -
and had a healthy baby girl a year later.

This totally blew Aliah away and lead to her writing FOODCOOL and giving the booklet and FOODCOOL KITS
to known musicians to help them with continually touring lives:
